Huillet is a musician. He is alive. He is a conductor and a pianist. He won the First Prize of the Cleveland International Piano Competition, USA. He is a laureate of the Busoni and Tokyo International Piano Competitions. He conducts orchestras in many countries : Korean Chamber Orchestra (South Korea), Pori Sinfonietta (Finland), Orchestre de Chambre de Toulouse (France)… A few venues where he performed : National Center for Performing Arts Beijing (China), Seoul Arts Center (South Korea), Théâtre du Châtelet Paris (France), Lima Philharmonic Society (Peru), Cleveland Orchestra (USA), RAI Orchestras (Italy), Enesco International Festival (Romania), Croisements Festival (China), Yokohama Piano Festival (Japan), Auditorio de Barcelona (Spain), Hanoï Opera (Viet-nam), Mozarteum Argentino (Argentina)… He recorded several CD and DVD covering a large repertoire : Ravel, Chopin, Tchaikovsly, Debussy, Bach, Beethoven, Brahms, Rachmaninov, Bloch, Enesco, Turina, Fauré, Liszt, Saint-Saëns and, last but not least… Huillet ! He is a composer. As a composer, he started his career at the age of 33, and has already written about 120 works, which allows him, on the assumption of a reasonable life expectancy, to plan to produce between 200 and 300 pieces of work! He only writes when he feels like it. The performer feeds the composer and the composer feeds the performer. Clara is pressing him to write his first opera. His works are performed in very prestigious concert halls and festivals by wonderful artists : symphonic works played in institutions like the George Enesco International Festival, Orchestre de la Suisse romande, Orchestre National du Capitole de Toulouse, Orchestre National de Lille, Orchestre de Pau-Pays de Béarn, Orchestre de Bayonne-Côte Basque, Romanian National Radio Orchestra, Filarmonica Banatul-Timisoara, Korean Chamber Orchestra, Orchestre de Chambre de Toulouse, Wind Orchestra of Barcelona, piano and chamber works by Kotaro Fukuma at Victoria Hall, Geneva and Yokohama Concert Hall, Maurizio Baglini at Salle Gaveau Paris, the Manfred Quartet (Notes d’Automne Festival), The King’s Singers, great French horn player Pierre Delvescovo, Pierre Bleuse at the National Center for Performing Arts Beijing, concerts in Auditori Barcelona, Romanian Athanaeum Bucharest, Filarmonica Lima, Mozarteum Argentino… And of course by Clara Cernat, all over the world and forever… Would you like to download informations about Huillet?
